Return of goods
We strive to make your shopping experience hassle-free and enjoyable. In case you think you of returning the product, please go through the following return policy.
- There will be no exchange of products.
- The non-sale products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The Sale Products cannot be returned.
During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions:
- Correct Product: Article number/ bar code /MEI/ name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.
- Complete Product: If a set is purchased, all the elements of the set need to be returned. Partial return will not be accepted.
- Unused Product: The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals.
- Undamaged Packaging: Product’s original packaging/ box should be undamaged.
The field executive will refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met.
For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the seller.
There will be no CASH refund. Any product returned, the money will reflect as store credits under the wallet in your SW account. Also, there will be a RETURN COST of INR 70.
e.g. If I have returned an item worth INR 1000, post the return my SW account wallet store credits will reflect INR 930.
