All prices as mentioned on the website are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST and other applicable taxes. We reserve the right to amend or change all incorrect prices on the website. We also reserve the right to amend any taxes and/or cost stated on the website due to changes in GST or any other charges like public fees, increased cost.

We usually accept and ship orders within 2 working days on receipt of order. Usually, the delivery is done within 4-7 working days from the time of dispatching the order confirmation. We are not obliged to deliver out of stock goods.

We strive to make your shopping experience hassle-free and enjoyable. In case you think you of returning the product, please go through the following return policy.

• There will be no exchange of products.
• The non-sale products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• The Sale Products cannot be returned.

During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions:

1. Correct Product: Article number/ bar code /MEI/ name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.
2. Complete Product: If a set is purchased, all the elements of the set need to be returned. Partial return will not be accepted.
3. Unused Product: The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals.
4. Undamaged Packaging: Product’s original packaging/ box should be undamaged.

The field executive will refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met.

For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the seller.

There will be no CASH refund. Any product returned, the money will reflect as store credits under coupons in your SW account. Also, there will be a RETURN COST of INR 70.

e.g. If I have returned an item worth INR 1000, post the return my SW account store credits will reflect INR 930.

To make a purchase, you will be required to login to the website with your credentials. You will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all the activities carried out under your account. Softweave will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage arising out from your failure to comply with this condition. In case you think that there is an unauthorized use of your account or in case of any other breach of security, you are required to notify Softweave immediately.

Unless otherwise stated, Softweave owns all Intellectual Property Rights and the website including goodwill, trademarks, copyrights, graphics, icons, hyperlinks, content, text, source code, meta tags, databases, utility models, designs, service marks, know-how, inventions and trade secrets. You are hereby obliged to acknowledge and agree that you shall not use, misuse, reproduce or distribute any content from our Website without our authorization. You will retain ownership and will be solely responsible for any content that you provide or upload when making use of any of our various services.

Softweave may suspend or terminate your use of our website or any of our services in case of breach of any of the terms and conditions. In case of termination, Softweave may delete any content or other materials relating to your use of the service without any liability to you or any third party. You shall be liable to pay for any service or product, you have ordered till the time of termination.

Though we believe in freedom of speech and expression, we prohibit behaviour that crosses the line into abuse. Users can be held liable for any abusive or spammy content which they upload or use on the website. In case you come across any abuse of violation of our terms and conditions, please write to us at sales@softweave.co.in. Our team at Softweave will investigate the matter.

Softweave disclaims any guarantees of exactness as to the finish and appearance of the final product. Size, quality, colour or merchandise brand may not meet your expectations and may need some alterations due to limitations caused by the availability of product difference in charts. There might be slight variations in shape, size and colour.

You are required to submit a valid source of electronic communication to us. We may communicate with you by e-mail, SMS, phone call or any other mode of communication in order to reach out to you for informational, clarification, commercial or promotional purposes. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communication from us with respect to your use of our website and/or your order placed with us.

Softweave may at its sole discretion revise or add new terms and conditions from time to time without notice. Such changes will be effective from the time the change is made and posted in the company terms and conditions section. You are hereby responsible to review the services page for any modifications that may affect your rights or obligations. Any access or use by you of our services after changes will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.

Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon Softweave’s shipment to the shipping carrier.

Payment can be done via Credit card/ Debit card/ Internet Banking or Cash on Delivery (COD).
